近日，针对网贷支持业务中存在的问题，国家金融监管局对分期乐、企付借条、有我贷、易享花、信用飞等5家平台运营机构进行了约谈。约谈要求平台经营者在与金融机构合作开展贷款业务时，切实规范营销推广活动，明确披露信贷产品利率和费用信息，严格遵守个人信息保护规定，依法依规开展催收，健全客户投诉解决机制，切实保护金融消费者合法权益。
